What a crazy honour it is to sit and talk with one of my teenage heroes, a man who embodies the warrior spirit, Enson Inoue.

Enson Inoue is an MMA legend having fought in both PRIDE and the UFC against the toughest fighters in the world at their peak – fighters like Randy Couture, Frank Shamrock, Minotauro Nogueira, Igor Vovchanchyn, Mark Kerr, Heath Herring and more. Enson became famous for his philosophy of “Yamato Damashii” (or Japanese soul). In this exclusive interview, Enson talks about his willingness to die in the ring, some of the craziness that his warrior spirit got him into outside of the ring, and his humanitarian efforts since retirement.
