Jim Snipe is a mental health nurse and clinical aggression specialist with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of high risk environments including mental health, corrections and secure units. He is a full time aggression management researcher and trainer for a large metropolitan hospital, a university lecturer and self-defence instructor. This is NOT a martial arts episode. All of Jim’s experience comes directly from the coalface of dealing with aggression in the most unpredictable of environments and his 20+ year passion for understanding and managing aggression in the clinical setting.
