Pamela Armitage is not your typical self-defence instructor. She wasn’t a lifelong martial artist, a cop, a soldier, or anything of the sort. She was a dancer, a model, a sister, a daughter, and a yoga teacher. Through her own experiences, she developed a passion for helping people deal with trauma. Upon meeting the legendary Richard Dimitri, she began to merge her world with his and together they have formed an unstoppable duo rescuing traumatised teens and young adults from violence relationships and abusive living situations. In this episode, Pam shares her story and the work she does with Safe International as well as www.studyofviolence.com
