You will be hard-pressed to find a martial artist with the depth and breadth of experience that Richard Norton possesses. After 55 years of continuous training, Richard combines practical experience working in bars and clubs in the 70’s, bodyguarding the world’s biggest celebrities through the 80’s, starring in martial arts films with the likes of Chuck Norris and Jackie Chan, holding high dan-ranks in Zen Do Kai, Goju-ryu karate, Chun Kuk Do, and Brazilian JiuJitsu, and choreographing fights in some of the biggest Hollywood blockbusters in recent years.
Richard has had a huge impact on my journey as a martial artist and it was great to sit down and have this conversation with him.
